Install mac system on normal computer

I would like to learn how to use this operating system, but first I need to install it on my PC, do you know how to do this or where to download a Mac operating system??

Well, the equipment is all normal, I think XD, and on Google there are lots of tutorials to make your hackintosh, anyway you don't put the components you have.

what components are you talking about, if it's my computer it's an HP, it has a 500gb hard drive, 3 Gb ram, a 1024 MB video card.

I want to buy a Mac to learn new technologies, but first I'm saving up some money, but I still want to learn it before buying it, that's why I want to install it on my pc, you know of any good tutorial that helps to do this. Thanks for responding Tecnho

There is little to learn on a Mac, if you use Linux you will have a perfect idea of how to use a Mac, which is also Unix. As Techno says, not any computer will do, Google has many useful guides on this subject.

if you have no idea about mac a "hackintosh" is not a good idea because you have to go around it a lot for things to work. if you want to learn better install linux (after all mac is a posh linux)

Seriously, when you get the hang of free software, you won't want anything else, it's a matter of changing the chip and stop thinking in Windows mode.
