The Easycap is not capturing me, what am I doing wrong?

Hola,si tienes razon,el video tiene entradas no salidas.popr eso decia sobre el adaptador del euroconector con salidas rca y svhs.el caso que lo he probado,y alehop,funciona.ya puedo capturar y francamente lo hace muy bien la easycap.la compre en dealextreme y ha sido una buena compra y mas por lo que costo,11 euros.ahora tengo que mirar que formato escojo para la captura para que quede con la menor perdida de imagen.
quizas tambien pruebe con una camara de video con salida firewire para ver que tal sale asi el volcamiento de vhs y pasarlo por la videocamara al pc.

tengo la easycap, he conseguido enchufarla al video vhs, pero no consigo señal
en cambio, en la wii si consegui señal.

As you say the video will have RCA inputs, but in order to capture what you need you need RCA outputs (it's not very common for a video to have RCA outputs), so as you say you'll have to see if you can get it out with the euroconnector (I haven't been able to get the signal out of my video with a euroconnector -> RCA converter, but try it anyway).
The ideal thing would have been to buy an analog TV card and connect the video to it through the antenna cable, because that way you would definitely have been able to, because the Easy Cap doesn't have a tuner, does it?
The thing is that if it doesn't have it, it's because the capture devices are more for passing images from a camcorder (these do have RCA outputs, S-Video or in the more modern ones HDMI and components).
