I would start with the OC you have right now.

but the thing is that I haven't bought a heatsink for that, since with the oc I have, with the factory one it worked perfectly, I don't intend to raise it much more, I'll leave it at 3.2 and if it goes well at 3.6… but I doubt it, think that I haven't touched voltages yet.

But if you say you've touched them and it still doesn't start. We're not fortune-tellers here, read some good guides and come with specific questions or give the FSB a bit more voltage. You haven't even said the RAM frequency, how do you have the memory multiplier…

For 3.6 you need a good micro, give it a lot of voltage and even then the memory and the motherboard have to be able to handle it. Don't lower the multiplier, the motherboard isn't that great.

I have it at 343x9, can it be no?
              and the ram at 800
from there, I can't go any further

RAM to minimum, increase FSB voltage, increase micro voltage, if it doesn't increase, don't increase.

Set the timings and voltage according to the manufacturer's specifications manually, in the manual. (my board doesn't recognize them correctly automatically)
I have it in relax mode at 400x8 and the rest of the voltages automatically…try it like that.
In my case, I don't need to touch the voltages for 400x8, but you can always give them a little tweak to try to stabilize.

Edit: Going from 400x8 is another story. It could blow up any day.

Don't lower the multi, the board is not that great.

                        Blocks PCIe at 100.

Well, there's nothing more to do, you have a modest board that doesn't allow you to increase FSB voltage, you can only play with Vcore. Measure it with CPU-Z and make sure it doesn't exceed 1.3, if it doesn't go up, I insist, there's nothing more to do. Remember to set the memory to the minimum frequencies or 1:1 ratio, I don't know how you'll set it in your BIOS. Once you see that it's stable, you'll start adjusting them. To measure stability, run Prime95 for 8 hours.

                            Nothing more to say.
