Hello to the forum as it's been a long time since I last connected ?

Well the reason for the post is because I'm not sure if they gave me a MoBo that wasn't for public sale, if it's an imitation, which I don't think it is, or simply a mistake. I bought it at a store "close" to my house considering it was an online purchase but I picked it up at that location. Their website is for wholesalers according to them and it looks like and the deal was very correct. This very same board broke down under warranty this very same month (11 months had already passed) and they replaced it immediately.
The thing is as follows, I checked with CPUz when I replaced it and it didn't show the brand or model or anything just some symbol in the Mainboard tab as you can see. I didn't give it much importance anyway I tried to update the bios and it was still the same.
The moskeo has been these days as I was messing around a bit with Everest and I saw this.
What do you think about the matter? it's a bit strange isn't it? or does this everest come up like this with all the boards and I've never noticed with other boards and I'm being silly writing this post :rollani:

By the way the board is the one from the signature

Well thanks anyway and as I said goodbye.

P.D.- Why does it show me in Network Adapters the two that the board has with different denomination, is there any difference between them? I should mention that all the drivers of all the hardware are updated to their latest versions as well as the Bios.

I doubt that you have been scammed, but come on, it's as simple as opening the tower and looking at what is written on the plate... ? The CPUZ and Everest do not read the BIOS information well (which seems to be Beta / internal use) or the BIOS itself does not have it well written. It's not the board that is not for the public but the BIOS.
The thing with the network adapters is the most normal thing... in fact, they are usually from different manufacturers and that is not your case.

Edit: If it makes you feel more at ease: Bios information says, (X48DD320) EVALUATION ROM - NOT FOR SALE - Overclockers UK Forums

Thanks Krampak who else, I supposed that scamming wouldn't be the case but it has happened to me with all the bioses that I have flashed which have been about 3 different ones and every time when I ran the cpuz it came up with the same thing. As for the everest I hadn't noticed until now. I downloaded the bios from the DFI website although maybe you are referring to the chip??
          Anyway thanks for the link.
"off topic" I must say that the motherboard works wonderfully and the whole PC can handle anything, the truth is that sometimes I think that we go too far buying components :mudo: (I am a sinner) :mudo: because in my view the hardware is far ahead of the software and more so in games maybe because of the consoles and I if I don't have superior hardware right now it's because I have been unemployed :llorar:

          Well thanks and goodbye
