New economic graph

Hey, how's it going? I'm looking for a normal graphics card that doesn't go over 50 euros, which one do you recommend? I used to have a bigger addiction to games but now I'm basically into music creation and stuff and occasionally play some game like Wow, Lol, aoe's... etc. The card I have now is from 2000... Required You Have Video RAM 64 MB 8.0 MB Hardware T&L Yes Yes Pixel Shader version 2.0 0.0 Vertex Shader version 2.0 0.0 Haha, I used to have an Ati x700 but it died I have a Pentium D and two gigs of ram Thanks. -
With that equipment, I wouldn't buy anything new. Look for a cheap second-hand one and run.
-
if you put your card maybe we don't have to guess which port it has, although by the dates it will be AGP
for about 40 euros you have two options
Radeon HD 3450 512MB GDDR2 AGP

My screen has VGA input. -
It's not worth spending anything on that equipment, for little money you can upgrade completely for example: P67, i3, 2x2GB, ATI 6770 would cost you €300 and would not match your current equipment. Otherwise MSI Radeon HD 5450 1GB or Sapphire Radeon HD 6450 1GB

Let's not exaggerate, he's 6 or 7 years old and he's doing great for his age, I just want a card because I don't make good use of my asus panoramic screen, and that way I can play some games again!
I spend my money on music.

I would renew, because although it continues to fulfill its function, some components like the graphics leave much to be desired, they are becoming relics (I say this because I was using the pc2 from the firm until the beginning of this year…)
As your colleagues tell you, for more or less 300€, you can upgrade to a good team that will last you many more years, and for producing you will notice a big difference, I tell you this because I also produce with both the pc2 and the pc1, and the truth is that it is noticeable.
Greetings

So maybe I'll wait until Christmas... haha, I basically use the PC to record little things, and I tried to install Mac OS Snow Leopard so I could use Logic but of course... it was more of an experience since I have it installed but it runs at 1 per hour (obviously).
What do you recommend, I think I'll get the graphics card these days, and the rest for Christmas.
what do you think?
-
If you buy the graphics card now, you won't be able to use it with new equipment, because the graphics card has an AGP connection and the computer has PCIe. I vote for buying the 300€ computer now, because prices go up at Christmas, or after they release stock.

Your motherboard seems to have PCIe http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5LD2_SE/

Spend it on whatever you want, but a computer over 5 years old is outdated, whether you want to upgrade or not is your choice, just know that for 300€ you can come to the present. If not, the graphics card I gave you for just over 30€ will suffice in the meantime.
Obviously that graphics card is suitable for your current equipment, if you're going to upgrade it as I said before, a 6770 would be appropriate. So it's better not to throw away 30€ if you're going to be able to use it to buy something better.

Its motherboard does seem to have PCIE http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Int…_775/P5LD2_SE/
What a mess, that's what happens when you don't check the source. That improves things a lot, any graphics card from 60-80€ gets you out of trouble more than enough.

My power supply is a Corsair 650W -
I think Raesan was referring to the website you linked with the photo of your motherboard... xD

these things happen because you don't edit the signature :nono::nono:

these things happen because we don't edit the signature :nono::nono:
No, that happens because we no longer know how to distinguish between AGP and PCIE ;D

what exact pentium d do you have? recently I installed a gtx260 (second hand and quite cheap) on a friend's computer and on his pentium d the games run moderately well with a 19" monitor. gta4 is more or less playable without demanding much from the graphics options, just to give you an idea.
-
well you would be lucky because for less than 60 I don't see any, and that's not cheap :nono:

A Pentium D, the first dual-core one! the screen I think is 20 or 21 panoramic asus vga
