USB problems
-
Hello everyone, as there are people who know and others who don't, today I've assembled my new PC, and it turns out that the motherboard reads some USB devices, and others it doesn't. My motherboard is a Gigabyte H61M-D2-B3. I have all the drivers installed and everything else. And there are things that it doesn't recognize and gives me an error on the port. Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance

Peripherals tio, a wireless mouse and keyboard and printer… as soon as I connect it, the error pops up and yet I have a webcam from China, which is also USB and works and another mouse by USB also works... I think it's weirder than God hehe

in the bios you have to have a section that says something about enabling USB keyboard mouse. With the USB keyboard you can enter the BIOS, I suppose? So it should be a driver problem, try downloading the latest ones for your system. Some keyboards are very stubborn, I have a Polaroid at home that is very handsome that cost me sweat and tears to work on W7 and on W7 64 I didn't even plug it in :nono:. What macs are they?

hi, they are labtec brand... made in pcc. I must say that with my previous motherboard... they never worked.
But anyway, I talked to them and I'm afraid to send it to the repair shop and that the keyboard is fine and they charge me around 60€ for shipping, handling, etc... so for 25€ that it cost, it will die full of dust there...
I'll buy something decent later and that's it, hehe. But thanks anyway.

Download the latest drivers for your S.O and if it doesn't work, talk to them and ask them for a solution (and check the BIOS)

I've already done everything, and the BIOS is fine, everything is as it should be. And I downloaded the latest drivers for the device. The printer already works for me. What doesn't work for me is the keyboard and wireless mouse. I'll get over it. I'll just buy another new one and that's it.
Thanks for your help
