      Hello mates.
We have been really heavy on the monitors lately, don't we ;D..

The thing is that for work I have to use two monitors so a total renewal is needed.
Their use will be, besides for games (where BF3 will take on a new dimension ? ), basically for office work. Occasionally some photos or videos but nothing important so I rule out IPS panels, also because of the price which has to be considered for 2 monitors .

I have seen the BenQ that were recommended to Neptunno, but the one he finally got is out of my price range.
I need them to have at least DVI and HDMI

The candidates, in order of preference are:

      Asus VE247H 23.6" LED

      • Asus VS247H LED
      • Asus VW247H 23.6"

As you can see they all hover around 164€, they are LED and with DVI HDMI…what do you think, are the Asus that bad? Any decent alternative from Samsung or Philips or LG?

      Thanks a lot.
      Best regards

forget about playing with two monitors. either you play with one or you play with three, but with two it becomes impossible because of the screen frames. :troll:

How much does that monitor with 3 screens attached without a frame cost?

The good one was the NEC curve but it cost a fortune :ugly:

              I would buy 9. :ugly:

or no you can't fit one just a loooong one

Now seriously. I don't see myself playing on anything other than a monitor. I would only use one. Besides, to move 2 at good resolution, start preparing your wallet for the graphics. With the graphics you have, two monitors are too much.

In principle they are for work, besides I do not know if my "twin" 5770s will be able to move so many pixels along with high quality in BF3.
But let's say that for playing with one I have more than enough, but for work I need to have two screens.
The problem I see is that manufacturers do not specify correctly if they are edgeLED backlit LED or TN and it is a mess to take care of :wall:

                Best regards

or not even one that doesn't fit you but a really long one

I couldn't stand that much bezel, I was about to get the famous Samsung ones that were 3 bezel-less or 6 but they are a bit old now, I think I'll end up with a Dell 27 or 30" ultrasharp, unless I see something interesting bezel-less.

                  P.D

I would stay with the Asus VE247H.

don't you prefer something like this?

if you buy a 30" ultrasharp, start thinking about buying another graphics card... an RX 570 would be a bit weak for you :troll:

Well, since they ended up lowering the price of the laptop I was thinking of buying by €100 :fuckyea:, I spent it on monitors and was able to stretch it to the BenQ RL2450HT.
I'll let you know how it all turns out, you know how much I love reviews ;D.

Many thanks to everyone for their opinions.

The same monitor that I ordered yesterday, it arrives on Monday, I'll also share my impressions ? but I think we've made a good purchase, to be honest

                            Best regards!
