Ayer retiré de APP Informática en San Juan de Alicante una pantalla de ordenador de 21 pulgadas para conectar a mi portátil. Así la pedí junto con un teclado, un ratón y un chisme para varios USB. Me dejé asesorar por el tendero que me ofreció muy convencido una que estaba muy bien y me iría fenomenal. Al llegar a casa vi que sólo llevaba conexión VGA y que mi ordenador no es compatible con esa conexión.
Este medio día he ido a la tienda a ver si me la podían cambiar. Ni aceptan devoluciones ni cambios. Aseguran que un cambio es una devolución + una nueva compra. Les he dicho que no me movía de ahí sin una solución. Como no me iba han llamado a la Policía Local para que me fuera del local. Total, hoja de reclamaciones, posible denuncia de la tienda a mí por negarme a irme sin una solución, 105 euros perdidos, por el momento (espero solucionarlo en Consumo) y una pantalla LG que no me sirve para nada.
¿Por que están tan imbéciles en el comercio local si tanto necesitan de nosotros, sus clientes?
AVISO A TODOS: Mucho ojito con comprar nada en APP Informática, que mira cómo se las gastan. Tienen un cartel escrito en cuerpo 11, rodeado de otros carteles y anuncios más grandes y legibles, en el que avisan de que no aceptan devoluciones. -

La verdad, no es excesivamente extraño, dado que los portátiles suelen traer únicamente conexión VGA para monitores (los modelos antiguos). Un detalle muy importante es que hay que fijarse en lo que se compra, en las prestaciones y en las especificaciones, porque de todos es sabido que en una tienda siempre van a intentar venderte cualquier producto para satisfacer sus propios intereses, no los tuyos, por eso hay que ir bien preparado y con algo de idea previa, porque de lo contrario estás perdido.
Por otro lado, no se acaba el mundo, no es que esa pantalla no te sirva para nada, es que según la conexión que tenga tu portátil, puedes conectarla mediante un adaptador a VGA.
A mi de todos modos APP nunca me ha llamado la atención por sus precios y tampoco tengo ninguna tienda física cerca, casi siempre compro lo que necesito por internet, es de las mejores maneras de ahorrarse dinero.
