Hello, I'm building a PC dedicated to gaming and I'm also going to buy peripherals: mouse, keyboard and monitor. The budget is tight since I'm buying everything at once along with the PC, so I've thought about this:
Monitor: BenQ G2420HDBL 24" LED Full HD DVI 9H.L3XLB.QBE Monitor
Mouse: Cooler Master CM Storm Xornet Gaming Mouse SGM-2001-BLON1 Mouse
Keyboard: SteelSeries Shift Gaming Keyboard 64109 KeyboardI already know it's not great, but I've already told you that the budget is tight.
The mouse, I'll get a cheap one and in a few months when I save up I'll get a better one like Saitek Cyborg R.A.T. 3 Gaming Mouse RAT 3 Mouse
The keyboard doesn't seem bad to me.
The monitor is pretty cheap for being 24", you could go for a better one, but I think there won't be much difference and if I can take advantage and buy a cheap one that's pretty good even if it's not the best I'll do it.
What do you think?
Thanks.

Well Orcrist, let's see if I can help you with something xP
The first thing I can recommend is the mouse. If you can stretch a little more, better. Right now what I recommend are the LogiTech ones, specifically the G400 which I have used several times in an internet café and I am clear that it is the next mouse to buy. It costs 39€ on PcComponentes Logitech Optical Gaming Mouse G400 910-002279 Mouse I know it goes up quite a bit over your fixed price, but I assure you it is worth it.
The keyboard, I have no complaints… but I like this one more: Logitech Gaming Keyboard G105 Call of Duty Edition 920-003656 Gaming Keyboard It costs 10 euros less in its COD MW3 version, I suppose because of a low sales index. Besides, it's 10 euros less, which is noticeable
It has 18 functions in layers instead of 24 but it has backlighting to play in the dark or with little light and it's always said that yours doesn't support WinXP which limits compatibility. As for the screen, if you can specify the type of games (even better if you say which ones) it would clarify a little more for me, but as a first impression, it's not bad if you're looking for something economical. I would opt if I could spend a little more for a Full HD LED that is always noticeable in quality and energy saving and already asked for with 3D and that the screen lasts us a loooong season, but well, money doesn't grow on trees (unfortunately :troll:)
Best regards.

Hello. I have changed my mouse and keyboard and I think I will buy this:
Keyboard: Thermaltake Tt eSPORTS Challenger KB-CHL002SP Gaming Keyboard
Mouse: A4tech X-718BK Oscar 3200DPI Optical Gaming Mouse A4-X-718BK Mouse
I still maintain the price, but I think both are better. The mouse I had in mind was not very good, this one, although it is quite normal, has good reviews and A4tech makes good mice.
The same goes for the keyboard, I see it as better than the Steel Series Shift. And the monitor, the BenQ is already Full HD LED. One in 3D is far from the budget I have for the monitor.

I really like the keyboard, much better than what you had without a doubt.
The mouse for its price is great and seeing that you increase the price on the keyboard is very good.
The thing with the screen, sorry, I don't know what I was thinking when I put the Full HD LED >.<Good luck with the purchase

I would now get a G500, don't pay twice for the same thing. If you can manage with a normal keyboard you can save some euros, to me the cheap ones have lasted longer than the Trust or Genius ones (keyboards over 10 euros). If you want to spend 40 euros better get one with commands like the Logitech G105, paying for a sad fan is out of the question, for that you get a good fan for the room :ugly:

Hello. I have decided to buy a simpler keyboard and a better mouse.
I liked the logitech g500 mouse, I had already considered it, but because I was just on a budget I had ruled it out. I think I will choose that one.
I saw this cheap keyboard that I liked a lot:
Gigabyte Force K3 Gaming Keyboard FK3-SP Teclado GamingLet's see what you think.

If you are not looking for extra functions I think it is enough.

I have the SteelSeries Shift and I recommend it a thousand times, it has no comparison to the others you mention...
