The 3dhmark 06 tells me that I have memory at 400 (ddr2) when I have it at 800

Hello!! this is my first post… and I have newbie doubts!
is the data from the 3d mark 06 reliable? I've looked in the bios and it says that I have latencies 5-5-5 14 I think... and at the beginning when I start the computer it says that I have ram at 800... what do you recommend I look at? also the 3d mark says that I have a performance below average... is it reliable or is it just advertising to make you install things...
I'm also thinking of buying ddr2 ram at 1066... would I notice the difference? I have a asus m2n sli deluxe motherboard with an amd 5000+ cpu
(I'm just starting out with oc and I have medium/low knowledge of hardware... have pity on me...
thanks in advance.

Hello!!! I continue with the RAM thing… I have found out that I think I have a physical problem with the RAM... I have 4 gigabytes of RAM at 800 Kingston
I have run Sandra 2012 and it tells me that I have a different RAM, like this:
3 ktc1g-udimm latencies 5-5-5-18 3-23-6-3
1dimm 5-5-5-16 3-21-6-3The million dollar question is... do I remove 2? Do I remove the bad one? Do I leave it as it is?

Hello, it is always better to leave the memory in dual channel to take advantage of performance. If you do not have enough capacity, remove two. If, on the contrary, you have very little, remove only the bad module and keep the rest.
Best regards

Check it with CPU-Z, Memory tab. If your memory is at 800 mhz and it shows 400, it's correct (400x2). If the memories were 1066 Mhz, it would show 533 (533x2).
Best regards
