Hello good I'm new here and I'm thinking of buying some speakers that are good in quality/price I want them to be 2.1 if possible and with good bass, I don't mind paying a little more if I know they will last so see if you can help me ?
Just some speakers that I can lie down in bed and watch a movie with decent sound (I have a samsumg t220) I would also like on weekends when I don't work "except some xD" to wake up early and while I clean put on music with good bass and some power without going too far something normal but that at the same time will last me and don't break, I've heard around that some break easily that's what I meant when I asked for quality price, as for the budget I would like not to exceed 150€ because from what I see my sound cards are not great and I see that I will have to change that too, I have a pair of icemat headphones that I'm very happy with in terms of quality price, except for the volume roulette that I have messed up hehe, well I leave you the sound cards that I have in the pc so that you can recommend me a card and the speakers

      THX!!

With that budget and not minding paying a bit more I would choose something like this rather Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 / Logitech Z623 / Creative Gigaworks T3.

And of sound card if you have a bad one with any Asus Xonar / Creative X-Fi for about 50€ you will notice a huge difference ?

          Regards

I have these ones that are 150W and they are great. With them, I have more than enough to watch movies, play music while I clean and to produce at a home studio level.
I turn them up to half and the neighbors already complain ? apart from that, they don't distort at all, everything is heard with excellent clarity.

            Regards

Hi, I'm taking advantage of the thread since it's about the same topic.

I would like to buy a decent 2.1 system. Its uses would be on a PC: Music, series, and movies mainly. The most notable feature is the cinema, and I love the bass, that's why I choose a 2.1 and not a 2.0.

Regarding the candidates I've been looking at with low prices:

              Woxter Big Bass 260

              Product Specifications

              • Power: 150 W.
              • Ergonomic volume control with cable and dual connection: Headphone connection. Audio input.
              • Frequency response: Subwoofer 45 Hz- 130 Hz; Satellites: 90 Hz- 20Khz.
              • S/N > 65 dB. Separation > 35 dB.
              • Speakers: 6.5”x1 (4 Ohms) +2 satellites 3” (4 Ohms)

              Woxter Dynamic Line DL-1100

              Product Specifications

              • 2.1 multimedia speakers with acoustic technology.
              • Power: 150 W.
              • Ergonomic volume control with cable and dual connection:
              • Headphone connection and Audio input.
              • Frequency response: 30 Hz- 20 Hz
              • S/N > 75 dB. Separation > 45 dB. - Wooden speakers: 6.5”x1 (8 Ohms) +2 satellites 3” (6 Ohms)
              • Output: 2 RCA.
              • Input: 3.5 mm stereo, DIN jack for independent volume control.
              • Volume, treble and bass control.

I've also looked at the Edifier S330D:

              Total power output: RMS 18W x 2 + 36W x 1
              THD + N (testing level): 10%
              Signal to noise ratio: ≥85dBA
              Frequency response: Satellites: 140Hz - 20kHz | Subwoofer: 20Hz - 120Hz
              Distortion: ≤0.5%
              Input sensitivity: Satellites: 450mV ± 50mV (line-in) / 250mV ± 50mV (AUX input) | Subwoofer: 180mV ± 50mV
              Input impedance: 10Ω
              Audio Input Type: Stereo RCA
              Adjustment: Bass adjustment, Power switch
Subwoofer / bass unit: 6½ inch, magnetically shielded, 5Ω
Midrange / high unit: 2 inch, magnetically shielded, 5Ω
Tweeter unit: Ф19mm silk domed, Magnetically shielded, 4Ω
Remote control: Wired: Volume control, headphone jack
              Dimensions: Subwoofer: 246mm x 246mm x 286mm | Satellites: 68mm x 190mm x 100mm (WxHxD)
              Weight: ≈8.60Kg (Net) / ≈9.70Kg (Gross)ç

              Prices:

              Woxter Big Bass 260 2.1 150W 40 euros

              Woxter Dynamic Line DL-1100 2.1 150W 53 euros - 50 in Mediamarkt

              Edifier S330D 123,53 euros

Clearly the Edifier are better in all aspects than the Woxter including design, but according to the experiences of the companion Sylver, the BigBass 260 are a good buy if one doesn't want to spend a lot of money.

Which ones would you choose? As for which is superior, I think it would be: Edifier>DL1100>BB260
If anyone knows how to explain a little about the differences looking at the specifications it would help ;D

If this were the case, I would rule out the BB260 and would be between the Edifier and the DL1100.

If anyone wants to comment their opinion, experiences, other models, etc. it would be appreciated.

Regards and I hope for your opinions ;D

You already know my opinion. For the uses you are going to give it, the BB260 is more than enough, simply because we share a taste for bass (subwoofer roaring there loudly :ugly:) and I don't think you are going to use it in a large room for dozens of people. Even so, it is worth noting that by setting it to 70% of the total with the sub at 50% you already make it sound in a 140 square meter house in ALL the rooms with the door closed, which is something to say… As I suppose that making enemies in the community or in the neighborhood will not be your intention, I tell you that it is the best option quality/price, and I also suppose that you will not put it at 100% at any time, not even for movies ?
The Dynamic Line DL-1100 is also a tough nut to crack, which two of my colleagues have, and it also gives a significant fight, honestly. I think that at full volume it sounds a little more beastly than mine, but it is not advisable to reach those noise levels habitually, the truth ?
As for the Edifier S330D it is clear that they are much more contundentes than the two Woxter models, but it seems to me that unless you want to give a lecture on your balcony for the whole neighborhood, you will have more than enough power everywhere xD However, if you have money, if you think that you will ever need them to entertain a party with quite a few people at home and if you like the design and the white/silver color, the Edifier are an excellent option, without a doubt.

                  Best regards! ?

Well, friends, as the title says. My brand new Woxter Dynamic Line DL-1100 speakers broken in less than 2 months…:wall:

                        I describe the problem:

This morning they were working perfectly, and around lunchtime, with the PC turned off, the speakers make a noise from the small speakers, I think. Every now and then it did it, so I checked the connection to the PC and the power supply, and it kept doing it. I plugged in the PC to see if I could hear anything and they wouldn't play any sound.

To check that it wasn't my PC or the connections, I unplugged the speakers and took them to another room, plugged them into the power supply and connected an MP3 player and it wouldn't play any sound either.

These speakers have a volume control with audio and headphone inputs, so I plugged the MP3 player into the audio input, and the headphones into the headphone jack and the sound did come out of the headphones, but it wouldn't play the low and mid frequencies (vocals or bass).

I don't know what the problem is, anyway I have contacted PCcomponentes to see what they say.

It's a bit strange, but I hope it gets resolved with PCcomponentes and I don't have to open the sub box. If you can think of why it might be, I would be interested ;D

                        Best regards and thanks.

Well, now that I think about it, I suppose it will be the mini-amplifier in the subwoofer box, right? Since there is no sound coming out, and the amplifier sends the signals to the speakers. Could it be?

Yes, it is very likely to be the subwoofer amplifier, which goes to the speakers. I am surprised that they have broken like that, without more... something would not be working properly there, I think the warranty should cover you, since you have not misused them.

Well, yesterday I received the new Woxter Dynamic Line DL-1100 that I processed the RMA for, perfectly packaged and working normally :D. All at a cost of 0 for me.

I must say that for 50 euros these speakers are pretty decent, better for cinema than for music. Good power and good sound. Recommended purchase for tight pockets ?

                                  Greetings!!

I'm glad victorpexacos, I knew you wouldn't have problems with the RMA :sisi:
Now enjoy them, and if you go on vacation or take some time off without using them, unplug them, just in case, I try to do that.

                                    Best regards!

If you have enough budget, these are some of the best in terms of 2.1 multimedia speakers. Also, keep an eye on the space you have, because these satellites are a bit larger than usual.

I would say they are similar to the Corsair or perhaps slightly superior, to me the Corsair subwoofer seems to be poorly designed. The D version I understand comes with digital connections, so you can connect them to your PC via digital coaxial/optical cable (I don't know which of the two it will come with) in addition to the typical jack or RCA.
