Comtrend AR-5387 with jaztel.only works inet when there is 1 PC on

I have a little problem and I thought I would turn to the forum, because I'm not very good at this and it must be a real mess, but I can't fix it.
I have a line with Jazztel
a Comtrend AR-5387 router
2 PCs connected by cable and a PC with wifi
when the 2 PCs with cable are connected, only one of them has internet.
this problem does not appear in relation to the wifi PC
that is, only one cable PC can have internet at the same time. Although the wifi one connects and does not interfere with any that is on.
any ideas, since I can't have them?

An IP conflict? Set up addressing with DHCP on all PCs.

I haven't done it yet
it hasn't worked
I'm convinced that the failure is more due to my clumsiness in applying your ideas than the ideas themselves.
