it is preferable to have more quality than comfort, the modular ones are more expensive and are not always useful
it depends on the case you have, in my CM690II I do not mind the cables and
the length it has is perfectregards

The dimensions are similar to mine, so there will be no problem then. Any more suggestions or do we close the topic?

+1 to the TX650 V2 :sisi:
I have it, and a 5850 Xtreme crossfire is on the way…
It's the clearest option and especially at the price it is, it's worth a lot and the fact that it's not modular is not so overwhelming, what I do is pick up with little wires the groups of cables that I don't use and I arrange them in areas where they don't get in the way much.Regards

TX650W al poder ;D is a very good power supply and at a very reasonable price.
-
- 1 for that TX650v
on the subject of modular …. I personally prefer modulars, less cables getting in the way, better airflow inside etc etc but nothing that you can't achieve with a couple of brackets (and skill, which is always needed even if it's modular) the fact that it's modular doesn't mean the cables will place themselves :troll:
as a picture is worth a thousand words..... I have a modular power supply and

I didn't remember that to plug in the Kamameter I made such a mess :wall::wall: modular cable tangled etc …. and in the end to leave the cable "hanging" in front of the heatsink

I think the second photo is quite explanatory, that modular power supplies are fine but if you put the cables in any way …...

Clean that dust Francisco :troll:

cate platedo that you can't see with the lid :ugly:
besides, if I wake up in the mood tomorrow, I'll start drawing (autocad) and I'll work on THE MOD
Regards
I'll post in a new thread to give some life to the forum, which has been a bit weird lately. -
damn Franziskaner, I have the quadruple without exaggerating, plus the insulating tape that covers the cable joints looks really ugly in a nice box with a window like mine, I would give anything to have it like that :ugly:
So you all agree, in principle to get that source. I'm thinking of getting it for Christmas, there's a month left, if I see that the price changes or something, I'll ask for a quick second opinion ;D

the insulating tape degrades and peels off, use the clamps that come with it to join the peripheral cables (metal core with plastic sheath or small "unex" clamps)

regardsFor now I think I'm going to leave it like this, it's already been a year.

on more than one occasion I have used insulating tape (and not the Chinese ones precisely) and some time later when I had to remove it I was pleasantly surprised to see that the cables had modified their properties and were now self-adhesive :troll:

regardsI don't care, anyway that power supply is going to end up in the trash for being noisy along with its sticky cables, besides recently the fan started making noise, as if it were loose :ugly:

I clicked on the link you gave me in the first response, and it's no longer on pccomponentes. Instead, the SemiFanless version is there, which was also there before. Do they have any differences? Corsair TX650 V2 650W 80 Plus Bronze SemiFanless CP-9020038-EU Power Supply -
Get the series. 6 or 7 little pasta difference

I don't know which one you're referring to
-
I suppose he was referring to the numbering of the models (for example TX650, TX750…) but in reality Corsair's series are named with letters (AX, TX, CX, GS...)
