Help with graphics, it's urgent
-
Hello health curator, process the warranty, when they start to fail…
Best regards -
Nothing comes to mind right now, since weirder things have happened to me this week, anyway process the RMA, I almost prefer to pay the expenses in case everything is fine and it fails tomorrow and the graphics card is dead, the only thing that comes to mind is some kind of power failure, a power pin that's a bit loose or something.
-
That is, I wouldn't say that it works for me now, unless they look at it that way
And if you can "touch" something so that they fix it... 6 months warranty
Best regards -
Better to be legal and tell the truth, the store will handle it and send it to the manufacturer without problems, tell them the faults it has been giving you at intervals and give a hint.

I can't think of anything right now, since I've had weirder things happen to me this week. Anyway, process the RMA, I'd almost rather pay the expenses in case everything is fine and it fails tomorrow and the graphics card is dead. The only thing that comes to mind is some kind of power failure, a power pin that's half-loose or something.
I think it's very strange, because when I tried to see if the graphics card was the problem, I disassembled and completely reassembled the whole PC, making sure to connect everything properly, blowing all the connectors, cleaning contacts with alcohol...
I will process the warranty because I'm 99% sure that the graphics card was the problem (the problem was fixed by changing the graphics card, graphics errors...) but it seems very strange to me that it doesn't want to fail now.
I've run memtest, prime, linx, msi kombustor and everything I could find here and it doesn't show any errors. It passes the heaven benchmark without problems at full capacity, the ssd life tells me that the disk is fine (I tried to look for errors on the disk and it doesn't find anything. I installed wow, gta4, battlefield3, swtor... and with the graphics card at over 80º they don't give errors.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but depending on the store, if you tell them that the graphics work, they'll poke at it and send it back to you
Best regards -
That's right, I wouldn't say that it works for me now, not that they'll look at it that way
And if you can. "touch" something so that they fix it... 6 months warranty
RegardsI prefer to say things as they are. The shipping costs and all that are going to have to come out of my pocket so I see no reason to lie. What pisses me off is that I had it sitting around because it wasn't working and that it just miraculously got fixed now... not a damn thing funny about it!
I'm about to go buy ln2 and squeeze the board and the micro a bit to see if they're failing somewhere, because the graphics don't seem to be giving errors.
-
Anyway I hope it goes well for you.
Did you have OC?
Regards -
it was failing with the oc at 4ghz, I put all the parameters to default and it stayed at the normal speed (2.6ghz) and it was also failing.
since the last time it failed the only thing I have done is put the pieces together and turn it on… I don't know, it's very strange ¬¬
the graphics card was without oc
-
That looks like some touched soldering, some contact, almost certainly… You could say that the PCIe was touched, but it doesn't add up if you've made an elimination with the good graphics card until you rule it out.
That has some contact or something touched inside, and the consequence is that, if by chance it reaches them and doesn't make contact, they will break their head to see which point is the one that fails. Now, if by chance it works for them, they return it to you and bad luck.
In case it's from some internal soldering that can be checked that it's not surface damage, I would shake it a little before sending it, I would test it and see if it works. If not, then cross your fingers...
Good luck incredi
Regards

I understand that the OC went to the micro, won't it be an OC failure that messes up the graphics?
What did you use? -
I understand that the OC went to him micro, will not be an OC failure that messes up the graphics?
What did you use? With the micro without overclocking it also failed, I'm sure I didn't touch any parameter that affects the graphics (like voltages or pci express speed) and I have tested that my power supply is totally stable to rule it out as a problem.
This has already been running for 2 hours today with the unigine heaven benchmark at full capacity and some other games. The graphics memory at full capacity, gpu usage 100%, temperature over 80º... and it seems totally stable. I tried to disassemble components and shake the board, graphics... but nothing
