Image editing

To update a bit the topic of image editing, since the last time we talked about it was in February, I want to share with interested members a finding I have made recently. It is a blog where you can find a lot of tutorials for image editing, mostly with photoshop. To be honest, I was a bit lazy with the program, I thought it was very complicated to understand, but it was just a matter of sitting for long hours at the computer to discover that it is a marvel
or at least, once I learned to handle it, it has become indispensable for me. It would be interesting for you to see them, I leave you some of the most useful ones (I clarify, from my point of view).A hug!

Tutorial 3 (one of my favorites)Comments and/or doubts (because of the language) here is your servant to serve you

Adobe Photoshop is photo editing and Corel Draw is vector design, two different things, I used it a lot but now that it's quite stable I use Inkscape, Gimp for vector editing. Draw is Corel's app number 1 and then Painter, it was very bad and I don't know how the latest editions are, but they were among the best in their categories. And then there's Corel Paint Shop Pro, for photo editing, which has always been the little brother of Photoshop but has evolved a lot and its price is very reasonable. It also has technical design tools but I don't know if they really compete with the famous Autocad...

I already know, I was referring to: CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, which has
CorelDRAW
Corel
PHOTO-PAINT and this is the one I used for photos
Corel
PowerTRACE
Corel CAPTURE
Corel
CONNECT
PhotoZoom Pro

Well, Photo-Paint, I lost sight of it a long time ago, it was pretty bad competition for Paint Shop Pro and when I bought it Corel did a remix of both, maybe you get along better with it because with Photoshop it's easy to get lost among so many options. It all depends on what you want to do, for example, for photo development, Lightroom or Aperture (my favorite) are much better, and for photo manipulation, nothing beats Photoshop (and its add-ons). The type of photo paint is half-baked and very similar to Gimp, which is free...

ya, it's just that I haven't edited photos in a while and I use Lightroom occasionally for the DRAW for my brother's photos
but GIMP is very good and free

Ohhh My God!!!! I never imagined that my topic would be so well received

I am very happy that you liked the contribution. And regarding the dilemma between Corel and Photoshop, I go with the second one. That is very relative, I think it depends on the user and which program they feel more comfortable with. The truth is that so far I am gaining confidence with Photoshop, so I won't rule out the idea of using Corel in the future, as I have seen very good work achieved with it, it's worth trying.
A very special greeting and thank you very much for your comments!
