Hello, I have 1 module of 8gb ram, exactly this MEMORY 8 GB DDR3 1600 KINGSTON HYPERX CL10
what values can I put for latencies to improve its performance? I leave a capture of cpuz

Look at the SPD tab and it will tell you all the values and the voltage they are designed to work for which in your case is CL10.

You can extract the specifications from this PDF, which, added to the information in the SPD, will allow you to know the latencies it supports by default.
After that, unless you find a review that makes your job easier, you will have to try little by little, tightening those latencies.
Anyway, being DDR3, do not expect appreciable performance improvements.

this is what k says to me in SPD akakakkaa

From the SPD, you can see that they are modules that support the PC3_1333@CL9 standard, and in the PDF, Kingston claims they support speeds of 1600Mhz at 10-10-10.
If you want to tighten those latencies, I recommend you arm yourself with patience, because you will spend a lot of time checking their stability.

then I change the values to 10-10-10-24 to see how it goes?

I have the same ones in 4Gb and to put them at 1600Mhz you have to put 1.65V and
in your case you put 8 8 8 24 at 1333Mhz or you put like mine 9 9 9 27 at 1600Mhz
but in any case do not complicate your life because the difference in performance is very little
