      Hello…

      I am interested in buying 2 SSDs, one for each PC, to load the operating system, most commonly used applications (antivirus, 7-zip, SumatraPDF, The Gimp, video and music players, browsers, libreoffice, etc.), as well as the games I use most often (League of Legends and SFIV, especially, although I am about to start playing Tribes Ascend, Battlefield Heroes and TeamFortress 2)...

      I will install little else on that disk, I am interested in the largest possible but I need them to be below 100€ each (I don't have a lot of money, like many, and I just got 2 7770 VaporX), the computers where they will be mounted are as follows:

      PC 1:

      CPU: AMD PhenomII 965 (x4) @3.7Ghz
      Cooler Thermaltake Frío
      Motherboard: ASRock A770DE Chipset AMD 770 + SB700
      Memory: 4GB (2x2) DDR2 1066Mhz Kingston HyperX
      Hard Drive(s): 1TB SATA + 40GB 5400rpm ATA
      Reader(s) / Writer(s): NEC 16x
      Graphics: Sapphire ATi Radeon 4850X2 2GB (Waiting for a Sapphire Radeon 7770 VaporX, so I forget about CrossFireX and lower consumption, although it performs similarly)
      Sound: Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS
      Power Supply: Nox Urano 700w
      Case: Thermaltake Strike MX

      PC 2:

      CPU: AMD AthlonII 620 (x4) @3.3Ghz
      Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
      Motherboard: ASRock A770DE+ Chipset AMD 770 + SB710
      Memory: 4GB (2x2) DDR2 1066Mhz Kingston HyperX
      Hard Drive(s): 250GB SATA (WD) + 250GB SATA (Seagate) + 200GB 7200rpm ATA (Maxtor)
      Reader(s) / Writer(s): NEC 8x
      Graphics: Sapphire ATi 4770 512MB (Waiting for another Sapphire Radeon 7770 VaporX)
      Sound: Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 (sometimes only one side is heard, I don't know why, for now I use the Integrated)
      Power Supply: LCPower 600W
      Case: Nox NX-1 Evo Pure Black Edition

      I have to make the purchase in a physical store (Appinformatica, PC Coste, PCBox, etc.) The ones I have seen, that more or less fit what I am looking for, are the following:

      Corsair ssd 90gb 2.5 sata3 serie 3 bulk (75.40€):
      CORSAIR. SSD 90GB 2.5 SATA3 SERIE 3 BULK :: APPInformatica.com ::

      Corsair ssd 115gb 2.5 sata2 force series bulk (76.70€):
      CORSAIR. SSD 115GB 2.5 SATA2 FORCE SERIES BULK :: APPInformatica.com ::

      SanDisk. ssd 128gb 2.5 sata 3 (82.90€):
      SANDISK. SSD 128GB 2.5 SATA 3 :: APPInformatica.com ::

      I have heard about the fame of the Crucial M4... but the one I find at that price is only 60GB...

      Greetings.

          I had seen it, and for that price in a physical store I would have bought it without hesitation… the problem is that just like the 7770 I had to buy it online "yes or yes", I have to buy SSDs in a physical store obligatorily :wall:...

          And I only found in my approximate price range the 3 that I posted ?

              And the Samsung that costs €103/€104?

              SAMSUNG SSD SERIE 840 120GB 2.5 BASIC KIT SATA3 :: APPInformatica.com ::

              I would buy it at a store in the town hall next door, it is now at 105 with something, yesterday it was in the Santiago store at 103.09, I think… and in that store now they have raised it to 136!!!! so I will buy it at the APP of Cacheiras.

              Regards.

              EDIT!

              Oh, they have already fixed the price, and it was set at €103.40 for that model (840, 120GB).

              Is that one better or the 830 model with 128GB? (€115)

                  In Santiago, in Santiago, or at most in Cacheiras… I am not going to travel to Coruña for 4€ :D...

                  Besides, the people in Santiago are friends (not the owner, who is just known, the employees are friends, and they always solve everything for me without problems and don't give me any hassle at all).

                  Greetings.

                    … the SSDs I have to buy them in a physical store...

                    Then get the 830.

                      In the end I decided to save some money (the 2830 was going to cost me 66€ over what I started looking at)…

                      So I went with the 2840, I have already ordered them from the store, even though they are a bit slower in sequential writing.

                      In the reviews I looked at, they are mostly above the Crucial M4, so I hope it's not a bad choice either.

                      Regards.
