This graphic card is second-hand, I haven't bought it yet, I want to buy one so I can play at the highest level so that later I don't have problems when playing any game and for 3d, in short... a decent graphic card. If they give you a good price, well, but let's say, talking about a new card with a GTX 670 there is already enough power, or even a 7950 that OCean does very well.

Without a guarantee I would also go for an Ati 7950 which I've heard wonders about this card, without being so powerful, but it comes out for a similar price, with a guarantee. The 6990 is Dual, it's two cores, and it consumes a lot, besides being quite hot. It's a graphic card bargain for an extreme Gamer, but I would only buy it if I knew the owner and he inspired me confidence. The fact that it doesn't have a guarantee doesn't mean that the seller doesn't commit to returning your money if at least in a certain number of months or weeks it blows up, right? If it doesn't give you any guarantee... it would inspire little confidence in me. I've sold second-hand things without a guarantee and I usually give X months of personal guarantee, if the component blows up I take responsibility for it and return the money. So far it has never happened to me, and at least I give some confidence to the buyer. -

The Vapor is cooler and comes with Overclock as standard. Oc that you can do to the other, all be said by the way. You have to look at reviews and see if it's worth paying more than 30€ for the Overclock, but above all for the better heatsink.
You can also look at the Ati 7870 that is around 200€. You save 100€ and it's not a bad card. It performs similar to the Nvidia 660 GTX.

I've read that the 7950 has a good margin of Overclock, that's why it's a pretty juicy card, and for the performance of course.

Here the 7950 in the two versions, because some have a small Overclock that is used when needed.

I think the Gigabyte 7950 is fine, so you can get rid of the boost and manually give it some power, which inspires more confidence in me.
Well, it's another option, if the 7870 is not very demanding, performance/price is very good and it will run almost everything at full speed.
