Equipment upgrade for about 600 €!!!

Hello everyone, after a long time I am thinking about changing my computer again.Currently I have an intel e7200 with 4 gb of ram, a Nvidia gts 250 graphics card and a 600 W power supply.
I am thinking about buying these components although of course in theory in April-May the new Intel processors come out and I don't know if I should wait, after all my computer is 5 years old and others 6 months more....
ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M Motherboard - 101 €
Intel Core i7-3770 3.4Ghz Box Socket 1155 - 259 €
G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 16GB 2x8GB CL10 DDR3 Memory (x2) - 158 €
Crucial M4 128GB SSD SATA3 Hard Drive SSD - 90 €Total 608 €
The graphics card, the motherboard, the power supply (it's a couple of years old), the case, a 2 TB green caviar hard drive that I plan to reuse, the micro fan that comes in the box.
The use I give it is for programming, some SAP (I have a server set up at home and with 4 GB of RAM and the processor I have it goes a bit slow), playing ages of empire 2, Civilization V (which the poor thing struggles a bit when I'm already very advanced in the game), and call of duty 2. I also want to use it for virtualization.
I also thought about taking the leap to the i7-3820 or i7-3930K processor (but the truth is 510 € seems like a lot of money to me) besides that the i7-3820 and 3930k series seem to me to have an exaggerated consumption of watts (electricity is getting sky high) and energetically I think the i7-3770 is better.
I don't plan to overclock...........
Thank you very much for reading this post and happy new year to everyone...........
Best regards.

If you don't want to wait for summer you can go for the 3770. I would lower the price of the motherboard and memory in favor of plugging in a cooler. About 600 euros including shipping:

A middle option is to buy an LGA775 board that supports DDR3 (G41 chipset for ~50€) and put 2x4GB DDR3-1600 (~40€) or 4x4GB with a view to it being inherited by future Haswell, and improve the system for little money.
I know people with Core2Quad who have done this and are delighted.
You could also add the SSD, but I don't think you'll enjoy it as much with that micro.
Regards!
