Alternative to Jazztel

Telefónica has 12 months of permanence and I think the prices are expensive for what they offer and until they bring fiber, which they are already working on... I have looked at Orange to change a bit to see if they convince you with prices.

Orange store: ADSL maximum speed + callsbut Orange is without a line, right?
besides it also has 12 months of permanence -
Orange offers ADSL with the phone line, also like most others, and they charge €14 for the line if you don't have a mobile phone with them, it costs €25.95 + €15 for the line, total with VAT €49.54, calculating on the phone line about €53, they also say that you have a 7-day trial and a 12-month commitment, yes, and I imagine that when the commitment ends, the price will go up, it's a shame these prices.
PD.
Vodafone also has ADSL and similar prices but I don't know how they are.
This says up to 20m
For 12 months: if you don't have a Vodafone mobile.
After that €24.9/month + €15/month line fee.
Total to pay €48.28/month (VAT included)http://www.vodafone.es/particulares/es/internet-y-fijo/adsl/modalidades-y-precios/

If you complain about Jazztel, with Orange you can freak out
In ADSL, the ones that work best are from Movistar, because they have their own contracts, and in terms of physical breakdowns you would have priority. But for the price, and also if you opt for the "no permanence" rates, they are a drain of euros <:(
Salu2!
PD: Vodafone is the leader in complaints, but I don't have direct experiences with them.

Because I complained to anyone at Fassou XD I have stories for all of them except orange which I don't even think about touching, at timofonica they have VDSL up to 30mb that come out at similar prices, take a look to see if it's worth it, what prices…

that's why I don't want permanencias, I'm not willing to put up with 12 months if they set up a dummy.
For now, for option 1, ONO wins, which gives indirect ADSL 12/1 without permanence for 15'90€+IVA the first year -
Do you remember the 150€ charged improperly that I mentioned in the branch of the problem that Packo has had? Vodafone… :hangover: with which I can confirm what Fassou says.
Packo, I was going to propose Ono to you, but if you say that it is not an option because of your location, it seems to me that practically the only option left for you is timofónica as a "not too harmful" option...
EDIT: If ONO is among your options, don't think twice, I have it in the student flat and except that we all use wifi, we have 30 real megas and it has not given problems, without permanence in addition, although we pay more, 40 and a few per month, although between 4 of us it comes out very cheap.

15.90 plus the line I guess.
yes, but the line is from Telefonica (which wouldn't be a problem to port). As long as there's no permanence, as I said. But I'm not sure if ONO has the option to contract a line over a copper pair.
The thing is, they were very clever (the people from Madritel at the time), they dug up the whole sidewalk to lay the fiber and nobody thought of putting a manhole in my block, so we don't have direct ONO coverage -
Packo, get any ADSL as they all will work equally badly. As you will have to switch to a couple of Telefonica, if the pair fails, it will fail with anyone who has it rented
In the case of Ono, if you have any problems I can look into it for you (although I hate these cases) but bear in mind that Ono puts ADSL in certain areas where there is no own cable AND there is ADSL central (it is not everywhere, ask before)

is there a phone number for ONO's sales people? I'm not going to wait until HR to call me to tell me what coverage I have. Do you know if you can contract the phone with them where they don't have their own coverage?
