GSKILL 32GB recognition issues

Hello guys I have a question and I wanted you to guide me please it's that I don't handle this part well, I'll tell you the problem today I have received the Quad Channel kit that I had requested however I have already assembled everything and in the operating system it detects it as 24GB and the truth is I don't know why.
At first when I turned on the pc it came out that the overclock configuration was wrong but in English which I have not touched anything in the bios regarding to do oc, now when I look at the bios I see that the memos detect it at 1600MHZ and I don't know if it's the old configuration that is taking because before I used a memo of 4GB at 1600MHZ and I don't know if that would have anything to do with all that. Now I am formatting the pc and I don't know what result all that will give me I did it because I also connected my hard drive to the Sata 3 6gbps and I don't know if it was necessary to do this but we <:(
I'll tell you later what happened after I formatted everything, If someone gives me advice it would be great :troll:

Unfortunately I have formatted it by choice since it still detects the 24GB :wall:

· Do a clear cmos.
· Update the BIOS.
· Test each module separately.
· Test each memory slot separately. -
Thanks for responding Cobito I am going to start updating the BIOS

I have tried the following: I have placed 4 RAM memories of 4GB and it recognizes it as 12288 MB, in addition I changed the frequency in memory in the BIOS because if I leave it auto it only recognizes 1600, now I put it to 1866 as it should be. The BIOS is already updated to the latest and I have already reset the BIOS. -
The Timmings values or something like that, I have to configure them as it comes in the box manual which would be 9-10-9-28 at 1.5V or those values should detect them automatically?

In the end I don't know what happened but now it detects the 32GB super well like that whole jeje I think the bios update had something to do with it then I started testing first 2 it detected then 4 it detected and then I put the 8 modules and it already detected them, I must emphasize that I had to manually configure the frequency of the memos thanks cobito I really appreciate that help greetings

What I find strange is that from the 120GB disk it detects 111GB but the available space shows 48GB and I don't know why that would be, it's a bit strange, especially since I only have the operating system installed. -
Sometimes hard drive capacities are given in Gb (1000 Mb) instead of in Gib (1024 MiB). Since the operating system measures in GiB, the advertised amounts are reduced. On the other hand, the initial capacity is reduced by formatting, so the final usable space of the hard drive is usually far from what the manufacturer promised.
As for the OS taking up too much space, it wouldn't be surprising. Anyway, check the partition table.
