Problems and I don't know what
-
The first thing that comes to mind (as you can imagine) is a graphics problem, it's the typical glitch that the 8800 showed when a solder was broken, but it doesn't make sense at all that at the same time the operating system takes a long time to load when this happens.
Does the old and new board have the same graphics chip? Have you tried if it happens in error-proofing mode? Although if it happens when it's still loading files, I think it's more of a physical problem than a software one. -

MSI Global – Motherboard - 880GMA-E35and the one it was changed for is this:
http://www.asus.com/Motherboard/M5A78LUSB3/Well, at the time I tested it in error-proofing mode and nothing like this happened, but the curious thing is that it doesn't always happen, it has been working since October or November after the change until now, and it can be turned off for a long time and turned on without problems, but suddenly either the stripes appear and it gets stuck at the bios post or they appear inside windows, it's that if it always came out it could be verified better, but I can't figure out where it's from and it's the first time something like this happens to me.
Do you think it could be the micro? I'll see if I can get an am3 to borrow to test.

it could be the micro, check the pins in case you have any bent or broken
and just in case, check the source, it could give you the wrong voltages
the Tacen are a bit quirkyregards

I'll check the micro, I also tested the power supply with my OCZ, I changed all the components last time to test, to see if the micro is the problem...
-
anyway check the power supply voltages with a multimeter, if it gives you voltage of more the board gets damaged
it happened to me with a new Tacen and a new Thermaltake, it worked well for a month, more or less and then zapregards

I don't understand these ASUS people, this socket is AM3 and the CPU support says that the 5200+ which is am2 is valid, at home I only have a 4400 I think, and supposedly the am2 with these boards were not backward compatible, will it be a typo? because if a 5200 is valid, a 4400 could be valid XD

well i'm afraid it won't work for you because you have an AM3+ socket and the processor you have
i think it has a DDR2 memory controller and the motherboard has DDR3, so it doesn't workregards

I believe what ferelxyx says, because of the memory and because those motherboards are a bit funny when it comes to compatibility, there are some intermediate models that are left out of compatibility almost by the way... Anyway, don't rule out checking the RAM as well, although it probably points to the graphics card, if you have changed all the components, I suppose the graphics card as well... Maybe there is a faulty component that loads the motherboard or something like that, probably only the micro is left...

The graphics card is integrated and they are two distinct and new cards, so I have already ruled that out.

As krampak says, it looks like some kind of graphics problem, although being the source of the Tacens brand, it would always be on my list of candidates <:(
Cheers! Gamer!

Integrated graphics/shared memory with the system?, check the memories then.

By Monday they will bring it to my little house again and I will rearrange it thoroughly once more, thanks for the advice I will let you know.
