Hello everyone! I'm not sure if this is the right place but here goes!I have a keyboard and headphones that work via USB. It turns out that when I connect them, the PC says it doesn't recognize the device... when a hard drive works on the same port, ruling out the port's functionality. The devices also work because I've tried them on another PC... I've updated the drivers for the USB hubs, uninstalled and restarted so that the ports would be recognized again... I don't know what else to do.. I just know that I have my Logitech G930 headphones waiting to be used and on another older PC it picks up the drivers via Windows Update on the first try! I don't understand anything!! HELP:wall::wall::wall::wall:

and is it the same windows?
is it a usb 3.0? -
Yes, yes, the keyboard also used to go and now it doesn't suddenly... I don't know what the hell I touched.. It's Windows 7, I haven't changed it at any time. I've tried the peripherals both on USB 2.0 and 3.0

Well according to the manufacturer they don't work if they are near a usb 3.0 http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/38032/section/troubleshoot/crid/407/lt_product_id/7248/tabs/1,3,2,4,5/cl/us,en -
It says you can have problems but not that it doesn't work! Anyway I uninstalled the usb 3.0 and it still doesn't work… besides the keyboard is a normal one and it stopped working too because yes!! I don't know what's going on! -
I already recovered the keyboard, I don't know how... something must be preventing the installation of the new earbuds... maybe I should uninstall the previous ones? I'll have to check...

I would delete the old ones because they don't do anything, and I would manually install the new ones.
