Apparently this SimCity has been one of the biggest fiascos of all time not only because of the activation problems but also because of the gameplay. Out there they talk about a whole insult to the fans of the franchise: Simcity 5: fantastic crash

You take me out of the isometric view, you put in zooms, rotations, etc. and I get lost in these games. At least they have known how to compensate users, something that is not often seen.

Man, I remember not too long ago when they gave away a couple of games to PS3 users for leaving them offline for a week... Something is something, but the thing with SimCity was a bit strange, maybe the expectations were exceeded and the servers were collapsing, I think unfortunately this kind of thing will spread in the future, especially from EA to prevent piracy.

It's just that I'm used to the fact that when Blizzard releases a WoW expansion, the servers crash and at best they'll give you a day's subscription...
