[Help] i3 + Asus P8H67-M
-
Can someone help me a little since I'm new to overclocking and I can't find a solution by reading...
The thing is that I have an Asus motherboard and I go into manual in the BCLK/PEG area and change the value to 133 for example but it won't let me, the only thing it lets me do is with the Asus turbo the autotunning which only offers me a 3% overclock giving me about 3400 from 3300 that I have... well that's it, see who's up for it, goodbye and thanks in advance.:osvaisacagar: -
Hello and welcome
The first thing is (I have an Asus motherboard) there are hundreds of Asus motherboards, you have to specify the model
then there are many O.C. guides, read some
and the motherboard manual
http://foro.hardlimit.com/overclock/t-guia-basica-de-overclock-60573.htmlSpecify all components, motherboard, memory and micro

Right, I should have specified that :wall: Well, you see, the motherboard is a P8H67-M with an i3 at 3.30Ghz. As for the RAM, it's DDR3, 2 modules of 4Gb each, which are currently running at 686.8Mhz. The GPU is a GTX 550 Ti... I don't know if you need any more info, buddy.
The thing is that with the auto tuning of turbo V evo, it has set the multiplier to x33 and the bus to 103. When I enter from DOS to the panel to change, for example, the BUS, I save the changes and restart, but it tells me that the overclock didn't come out right... no matter what value I put on the BUS... so I don't know what to do... well, I have an overclock of 3% and from comments from people around here, there are people who have it up to 50% overclocked without apparent problems and of course, I'm envious ;D
Best regards.
Also, a specific question that I've only found in English and I don't understand very well. I changed the RAM from 9 9 9 24 to 9 9 9 27 on the recommendation of a page. Also, is it correct to increase the voltage to 1.65V? Thanks.
