Computer of the ramp
-
So I added 3 things to my computer, a corsair h110, a corsair vengeance c70 case, and a kaze server. The thing is that now when I touch the screws that hold the h110 to the top of the case, it gives a hum, not much, but it does, and that worries me that it could fry a component or that the power supply could blow or give me a real hum.
Complete Configuration that didn't give a hum:
Case: coolermaster haf 932 advanced (some parts painted)
Motherboard: Maximus V Formula
CPU: intel core i7 3770k
RAM: 4x kingston hyperX 10 anniversary 4G/module
Graphics: N/A
Storage: 1x HDD Seagate 500G with and without 1x SSD ocz petrol 60G
Power Supply: corsair AX 1200i
Fans:
Standard, all connected to the motherboard except the door fan which wasn't connected.
1 keyboard and 1 mouse
2x CD/DVD reader/writer, LG ModiscConfiguration with which it DOES give a hum:
Case: corsair vengeance c70 military green
Motherboard: Maximus V Formula
CPU: intel core i7 3770k
RAM: 4x kingston hyperX 10 anniversary 4G/module
Graphics: N/A
Storage:1x HDD WD Barracuda 500G, 1x HDD Seagate 500G, 1x SSD ocz petrol 60G
Power Supply: corsair AX 1200i
Fans:
1 standard connected to the motherboard, 2 standard connected to the kaze server, the 2 from the h110 connected to the kaze server
h110 connected to cpu_fan
2x reader/writer of CD/DVD, LG ModiscType of power connector to the wall, European

Hello!
Excuse my ignorance… What is giving a ramp?

Best regards!

hello, electrical engineering student, I suppose not :troll:
first: does your home installation have a ground connection? (as a rule, all do, but not all properties over 50 years old usually have a ground connection. Another thing is that the interior electrical installation of the home is newer and if it has the cables but they are not connected :wall:)
second: do you notice the electrical discharges only in the screws of the H110 or in more places?
P.D. I prefer electrical fluid connection rather than "light connector" :troll:

Before it was at the top of the box, but I put some clamps on a multi-light cable that goes to the kaze server and now only on the screws. At first glance, there are no leaks, this afternoon I will put a lot of kitchen paper and I will have it on for a while, although I think if it were because of a water leak it would have exploded.
And yes, I have never studied electricity and I have not studied language since 2nd year of ESO. -
well, let's break it down, what is that multi-light cable? a four-pin molex?
theoretically, if you had leaks in the RL, I think the PC would smell burnt and wouldn't give a "ramp"
I don't know why, but the kaze server is to blame, check it or better yet, disassemble it and see if the electric current is still flowing to the screws.
P.D. get an spell checker and you'll save yourself some comments;D
