hello. in all the computers I've had and I've changed the thermal paste on all of them, I've never used any "cleaner" I've always used paper towels and alcohol, first just paper (to remove the thickest) and then paper soaked in alcohol until the HIS is clean

Muchas gracias javi yo también he pensado eso q dices y creo q podia ser q era una mala opcion aplicarle esa pasta a la tarjeta.. la tarjeta es una ati hd radeon 4500 y lo q he hecho ahora es aplicarle una pasta mx2 pero el problema es el mismo. Como deberia aplicarle la pasata a la grafica? yo he aplicado un poco y la he esparcido con una bolsa de plastica necesito ayuda poqrue ya llevo dias con esta tonteria. Son una mierda los dell os lo digo.

Si has cambiado de pasta térmica y sigue igual, ya no creo que sea un problema de pasta mal puesto, si la grafica se apaga al llegar a temperaturas altas debe ser que la grafica esta mal, mira a ver si es esto del video ese es un DELL parece.

A ver si limpie el polvo lo que el disipador los tornillos estaban sin cabeza que paso que entonces yo limpie pero por lo visto no limpie lo suficiente y bueno me comi un poco la cabeza para desmontar esos dichosos tornillos y al final vi q habia algo de polvo. Ahora el problema es que también vi q en la placa esa de cobre que hace de conductura tambien un lado en que he visto q toca a 2 chipsets de la tarjeta grafica falta en uno un plastico o al menos el del otro lado tiene plastico. Quiza tambien con eso sube la temperatura. De verdad que no lo sé si 75º ,es correcta la temperatura para una tarjeta grafica tambien estamos en verano hay que decirlo. Tambíen como dije quiza haga mas efecto si pongo la artic silver a la grafica porque con el procesador no pasa casi ni de 60ª cuando antes era de lo más normal. Gracias

La temperatura ya si es correcta, si ya no te apaga el equipo debía ser cosa del polvo, es que es una zona difícil de ver, pero si se acumula en ese sitio es que no disipa, pero lo importante es que ya no se te apague y que puedas usar el equipo por que en portátil es difícil poder cambiar grafica.
Pero la pasta térmica la debes dar a los dos al CPU y GPU, es lo que facilita el contacto y la transmisión de calor, si el disipador hace contacto en la CPU y la GPU debes dar a los dos, no a la parte de Pcb sino al DIE, la parte central que suele sobresalir un poco.
