BSOD screen, Windows stops responding, does not recognize hard drives

I am presenting this query to you, to see if you can guide me.

I have an Intel i5, with Windows 7 Ultimate, and a main SSD and 2 SATA HDDs.

A few weeks ago, they started giving errors, a blue screen appeared. I couldn't detect the cause, I would turn off the PC and restart it and it would be fine.
Two days ago it got worse.
After working for a short time, Win7 stopped responding. This happened in Safe Mode as well.
And a blue screen appears, it goes so fast that I can't see the error detail (any way to see the error code when there are blue screen of death BSODs) and the computer restarts, in the startup information it doesn't detect any disk (None) and therefore can't start Windows. It shows a message similar to Insert Disk - in English.
Then I turn off the computer. And I can see that the BIOS detects the three hard drives.

I fear it is a hardware problem with the hard drives.
Any suggestions or step-by-step guide that I can follow to detect the problem??

I don't know where the exact problem is: hard drives, motherboard, Windows software. If I turn on the computer later (the BIOS detects them) it recognizes all the hard drives (I changed the position of the SATA cable connectors on the motherboard), but from Windows when copying or doing something, after a short time it stops responding, and gets stuck.

The steps I follow:

I turn on the PC
The BIOS recognizes the 3 hard drives: SSD and 2 HDDs.

Windows starts. After a short time, it stops responding.

After a while a blue screen appears, quickly, I can't read the message.

I restart the PC.
The BIOS doesn't recognize any hard drive.

I turn off the PC for a while.

I turn on the PC again, and now it's back to normal (it recognizes the 3 hard drives, starts Windows, stops responding…)

I am in this vicious circle.

You can disable automatic restarts when faced with a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) by going to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Advanced tab -> Startup and Recovery -> Settings -> System Failure, and unchecking the Automatically restart box.

The issue of not recognizing disks after a sudden restart is normal, because the disks are recovering from the reset and the BIOS does not wait the necessary time to detect them. That's why if you restart again, it detects them without any problem.

The first thing I would do is disable the automatic restart as I mentioned above, to confirm that it is a stability issue, and not that the restarts are due to a power supply problem.

What I have done is to boot with Ubuntu Live CD.
The two HDDs had no problems mounting them.
However, the SSD gave an error when trying to "mount".

I continue with the LiveCD browsing with Firefox, and I access the other hard drives without any problem.

I understand that it may be a problem with the SSD. Maybe SSD degradation? The PC is about two years old.

What possible alternatives are presented in the face of the SSD problem?

One option is that the SSD may be faulty, but that it won't mount in Ubuntu, it may simply be because the index is wrong, due to the sudden shutdown when files were being copied.
