Help to get along with in-laws

hello. i've fallen for the "trap" of setting up/assembling the same pc for my girlfriend's father and brother… commitment, commitment, commitment! so any help and more from you guys who know about the subject is APPRECIATED of course. anyway….
uses of these people: brother games / father office, photo albums and composition of horrible videos of the holidays and similar jeje; and of course, they don't want to spend much money, if possible.
what else to say…. uhm, well that here it gets very hot in the summer, so good ventilation is needed. also that i will get each piece where it comes out cheaper via web.

I would put a better micro (3570), and an HDD of at least 2TB.

In the case of the future father-in-law, take advantage of the Intel Quick Sync Video of the integrated graphics, so he has plenty of the other, and a case with classic lines.

his brother already has another 1Tb WD external hard drive, I forgot to mention. thanks for the advice.
