Hello everyone. After reaching a point with the gpu issue, I think the best solution is to buy a case with better ventilation.

      Budget: 100€
      Uses: Gaming primarily.
      Components:

      1. Core i7 860
      2. Noctua NH-U9B SE2
      3. 8GB DDR3 2100 mhz
      4. PNY GTX 560 Ti XLR8
      5. Tacens Radix IV 700W
      6. Asus P7P55D-E

I would like to emphasize that above all I want the best possible cooling, and then the design. Thinking about the next PC I build. That is, it should be spacious, with good cable management. And in case not all fans come with the case, which ones do you recommend, the best ones.

      Thanks and regards

Of course, because my main doubt is, there are towers with 2 fans on top, 2 more front ones, more filters, but, none side like this: NOX Coolbay TX Docking USB 3.0 NXCBAYTX Caja/Torre

What is the best ventilation layout? If it is true that my PC is on the right side of the desk, as it has always been, so there is about 15-30 cm of distance to the table, the side of the fans if it had them.

practically nowadays they are almost all the same.
            fans
            one bottom blowing in
            two front blowing in
two top (or one big one) blowing out
            one rear blowing out
then you have those that in addition to all those on one side have one to four blowing out
the minimum that I would recommend to you is:
            one bottom blowing in
            one front blowing in
            two top blowing out
preferably 140 or option to mount them from 140 to more revolutions more noise and between a 120 and a 140 at the same RPM a 140 blows more air
things that you can do without ….
the regulators of the fans in the tower that you put have three positions: minimum off and maximum (RPM) if you have connectors on the motherboard almost better to use them, otherwise a control panel is much better.
AeroCool F6XT Control Panel 6 Fans F6XT Front Multifunction
the filters, well if it has them the better, but they also sell adhesive and magnetic ones.

The case is something personal, I like sober ones, there will be those who like crazy ones (tucutupá) :ugly:

Now seriously, if you want to improve cooling and you like sober ones in xtremmedia the 200R with a couple of SilentWings 2 on top is pretty cool and very quiet. If you want something pretty quiet and with good finishes the Fractal Define R4 in pccomponentes is very good, both options are cool. I already told you that I value these things and mounting quality fans, since this is quite personal, put a little of what you are looking for so that I can hit better, I would go for one of those.

Another thing I really like about the R4 are the bottom filters, there I would mount a Gentle Typhoon later to cool the GPU. In the 200R you don't have a bottom filter but with the 2 SilentWings you get quite a lot of negative pressure cooling pretty well, if you want to keep the case clean (something I also value quite a lot) you can mount a bottom filter and change the side panels. Later you can mount an HR-02, pretty much better than your Noctua in noise and performance, you can mount up to a Silver Arrow on the R4 if you want, a real beast for air.

              Fractal Design Define R4 - 4 x Servo Gentle Typhoon - Be Quiet SilentWings USC 140 - BitFenix Formula Gold 550W - Asus Crosshair VI Hero - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - Thermalright Macho Rev.B - 2x8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport AT 3200 - MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X - Corsair MP510 480GB - Seagate 7200.14 1TB - Yamaha HS 7 ♫ ASUS Xonar DGX ♫ Beyer Dynamic MMX-300 - LG 23MP57VQ-P - Oculus Rift CV1 - Logitech G27 - Zalem V2

I was going to tell you that if you are interested in second-hand, I saw this one in another forum for 95 euros.

but looking for a comparison, I came across this:
Define XL Cooling Performance | bit-tech.net
according to this, the best ones are:
                SilverStone FT02R-W
                Antec Dark Fleet DF-85
                regards.
P.D. As buying and selling is prohibited in this forum, if you are interested, I will send you the address of the other forum by PM.
P.D 2 and no, it is not mine, nor is it from any of my acquaintances.
