Oc I5 3570k

I need help to oc a i5 3570k my motherboard is a: msi z77a-g45, the ram is 2 modules of 4gb kinbgston hyperx blue 1600.

I have never done oc I have looked at a couple of guides and it seems that by increasing the multiplier and the voltage it is already (increasing it by 0.01)

I need you to tell me what I have to disable and what to activate and where it is located, as I have said I have never done oc and I would like to reach about 4.1 or 4.2 ghz.

My i5 is overclocked to 4.2, I was just wondering if it would work well with stock frequencies ^^

You open a post like that, you say that you have the micro at 4.2 in the other post as Franziskaner indicates to you and now you open this post saying that you have never done OC :facepalm:
