Hello everyone, I have a question for the sound experts. I am looking for a 7.1 headset, in this case, the Razer Tiamat Elite 7.1 Surround. The thing is, I only want it for games and movies, almost no music or none at all. I want it to distinguish well the directionality of the sound of enemies when they approach, noisy footsteps, effects and so on, just like my Dolby 7.1 equipment does, but I want the closest possible thing in a headset, and I have read in some forums that good stereo gaming headphones with a good card with Dolby do it better, so maybe you can help me out with this little doubt I have, thanks.

Without being very knowledgeable about the subject, I would say that pros prefer a good 2.0 equalizer, I certainly am not a big fan of the surround sound in headphones.

Without a doubt, one of the best options at the moment. And you don't need to put any software into it, leave it in stereo.

Stereos.
