These are the native SATAII speeds of my motherboard
I notice that the write speed is 50-60 Mb more but the read speed is 90 MB less
Better more read speed I understand no?

the 4k-64 tb improves in general… not sure how important that can be

If you take a look at reviews around the internet you'll see that the chip on that card doesn't give more of itself. Here for example.
Edit: in the forums of Anandtech they also talk about it.
