Which graph to choose?

Hello everyone, I wanted to change my graphics card and I would like some guidance. I currently play with an SLI GTX 570 and 1080p, but I have found that it is a bit lacking for high-end gaming in some games, so I want to change.
My budget is around 500 euros. I like the 7990, especially in terms of performance over single GPUs and because of the price drop it suffered. I am interested in the R9 290, but the noise issue holds me back, and the 290x doesn't interest me because of the little difference in performance for the price.
My doubts grow with the 780, as it is a bit cheaper than the 7990, but does the performance justify the price difference? Or not? I am not one of those who change often and I would like to have a system for a couple of years, like my SLI. I don't even consider the Ti because it is out of my budget.
My system is a 2500k, Corsair 850 RM, Asrock Extreme 4, and the monitor is 120hz -

That is to say, the 7990 are two 7970s with the consequent problems of drivers in the future due to the fact that they are crossfire, as I have read in several places. The 290s are tight and noisy, but they have a competitive price. It seems that they are going to go up and the custom ones will be over 370-400 euros. The noise thing doesn't keep me awake at night since I have a Corsair 650 case that is semi-open but ventilates well.
How much would I gain with the 290s over my sli? given that the investment would be small considering that I would sell them and in the future be able to buy another.
In the case of the 7990 it would already cost me 150 euros more with its good scaling but not as much as two 290s plus their problems with drivers in the future and that it is already a crossfire. I don't know why I ruled out the 780 but I think it's because of the price-performance ratio compared to the r9 290s, even though the 780 is on promotion with 3 games and is the most powerful mono gpu, not counting its older sisters that are beyond my budget. -
If you rule out the 780 and multiGPU I suppose the thing would be a Gigabyte 290X in Xtremmedia at 480€ delivered at home.

I think I'm going to stick with the r9 290 for 350 mainly because of the price-performance ratio.
