well I already have everything under control with the bios thanks to everyone for your help (great forum).
Now I have a doubt about the following, I'll see if I can explain it:
I want to buy this expansion card for my p5k3 deluxe (asus U3S6) which has two sata 6gs/s ports and two usb 3.0 because my motherboard has usb 2.0 and sata 3Gb/s and the thing is I don't know if it's compatible to be able to buy a sata 6gs/s hard drive and that it performs at its maximum (just like usb 3.0) I'll leave you the link:
**This expansion card is inserted into the pci express 4x (black) which I have free, but my pci express is version 1.1 and if I'm not mistaken the data transfers in this slot are 8Gs/s maximum.
Could it work? Would it make the hard drive and usb work at their maximum?
just in case it's useful, the southbridge is a JMicron® JMB363 PATA and SATA.
Another thing, crossfire in case it was compatible, do I have to touch it?
      Thank you very much.

I want to buy this expansion board for my p5k3 deluxe (asus U3S6) which has two sata 6gs/s ports and two usb 3.0 because my motherboard has usb 2.0 and sata 3Gb/s and the thing is I don't know if it's compatible to be able to buy a sata 6gs/s hard drive and that it performs at maximum (just like usb 3.0) I'll leave you the link:

Do you have USB 3 peripherals to connect? I ask this because I have boards with USB 3 and I still don't use them, I usually connect USB 2 peripherals, I don't see the point of sata 3 either since they would be external drives, that is e-sata, I see much better to put some SSD even if it's sata 3 it will work with sata two and it will be fast and if one day you change the board it will be useful for the new one that should already be sata 3, I also don't notice much improvement in mechanical drives from sata 2 to sata 3, I think they go almost the same, I prefer to put fast drives like an ssd or a raptor that you notice more.

Crossfire is two AMD cards and on that board you won't be able to put powerful cards in CF because they wouldn't go well, if to me in a p45 that has pcie 2 I couldn't with two 260gtx I did a trick so that SLI would work, in p35 less it should go.

you work better with a single card.

        regards

I also have an Asus card installed, PCIE USB3, which was indicated for the P6xx and P5xx, that is, the first generation of i7/i3/i5, and I have had it mounted in a P5Q for a couple of years now, where it works without any problems.
