[Help] Team setup for CAD/CAM

Good morning,
first of all, I greet everyone since I am new to the forum.
I need help because I want to buy a computer and I don't know very well where to start.
I would like you to tell me what minimum components I should include in the configuration of my PC.

The use I am going to give it is for more or less powerful programs such as CAD, 3d studio, artlantis, Archicad, etc.

The combination I usually use the most is that of the programs Archicad and Artlantis studio for rendering.

The budget I have is about 800 € (Screen apart).
