Replace ATI 5850
-
Good morning, I come to this forum that has always been of great help to me when choosing (good) components. I am thinking of changing my graphics card, which is an ATI 5850 extreme, for a new one that is more up to date. I use it for gaming, although for certain games, it is starting to fall short. I have been thinking about a GTX 660 or an R9 270. What do you think? My budget is 150-175€
The rest of the components of my pc are:
Intel Core I5 2300 2.8Ghz Box Socket 1155
ASRock P67 Pro B3
8GB RAM DDR3
Windows 8.1 Pro 64And the power supply, which is an important aspect when choosing graphics cards: a NOX Urano 650w with two 12v lines of 24A each.
What do you think?

For a little more you get a 270X: http://xtremmedia.com/Gigabyte_Radeon_R9_270X_2GB_GDDR5.html Watch the size, check that it fits lengthwise in your tower. If it doesn't fit (they are almost 30cms.) the Asus is just over 27cms. You could overclock the micro, it will let you stretch at least the turbo and the micro won't even notice although, it would be good to have a dedicated cooler, over 20€ you have a Raijintek.
