PC upgrade for graphic design and video editing
-
Hello everyone.
The time has come for me to upgrade my PC, which I primarily use for graphic and video editing, (although I will also use it for 3D design, sound editing, and other tasks that require less resources).
I will show you the components I am considering buying, to get your opinions.
Motherboard: MSI Z87 G43
CPU: i5 4670K
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3 1600 PC3 12800 2x8GB
Mouse: Logitech G400s or SteelSeries Sensei RAW Rubberised
Hard Drive: ( )I am unsure about the hard drive. I only need one drive that I would initially use for the operating system and programs. I was thinking of an SSD, because of the speed, but I have read different opinions about its reliability, and I am also not very familiar with the models that are performing the best.
The rest of the components that I do not want to upgrade for the moment are a Corsair 650W power supply, and a Shappire 6850. I will also probably add another drive for data.
I am also interested in the quality/price ratio. I had some doubts between the AsRock Z87 Extreme 3, and the MSI. But there is a significant price difference and I have not found many improvements in the AsRock that justify that difference.
Best regards and thanks in advance.

Muchas gracias, Ferelxyx.
That hard drive has the perfect capacity, and it's also a brand that I really like.
