Serious error with Windows Update (win.8.1)

Hello everyone. I'm posting this to see if anyone can help me. I don't know how to get this series of updates installed on my laptop that have been pending since March. I have an HP DV5050es i7
I don't understand why, but I know that lately the processor cores are saturated, and they reach 100% many times, slowing down the laptop's operation. This is the first time this has happened to me and I don't know what's causing itIt's the new Windows 8.1 update. In the breakdown of this page:

Unless you have a corrupt system, I don't understand why, what I would do is save everything, and perform a clean installation and update of the operating system, to be safe, from what you say it may be that some update is not installed 100% and that's why it gives you that error.
