I need advice on Liquid Cooling for high-end equipment

It has been many years since I last came here for various reasons, and I was delighted to see that you are still operating, it is a pleasure, I consider you to be experts in the field of overclocking and RL in Spain.

I have decided to buy a powerful PC after 10 years xD. I have seen the thread where you explain different configurations depending on the requirements. I have chosen the Intel high end extreme, and I have updated a few things since the thread was from June of this year.

I have looked for some info for the RL in the forum but I prefer to ask you in a new thread, my budget limit is variable, depending on the performance of the machine, that is, cost / benefit of the cooling, but let's say there is no limit, and that I will pamper my waterproof motherboard.

Brands, kits already complete?

What would you put as RL for a PC valued at 2500 - 3000€?
