It doesn't boot when I change the cpu location
I haven't done anything to the bios or anything like that.
But now when it starts up, the first thing is the Asus express Gate
      Then this little message:

Reboot and select proper boot device
or insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press a key.

it's an i7 pc with two monitors, several hard drives, 16 gb ram, 1 gb graphics card, etc.
I can give more data if it's accurate. under w7-64

what can I do to debug this big problem?

      Thanks

By CPU I understand that you mean "the computer".
Check that you have not hit it and one of the cables of the hard drive where the OS is installed has come loose.

I'll get to it tomorrow morning.
I looked at the cables but didn't see anything strange.

tomorrow I'll check thoroughly. I'll disconnect some disks. I'll start with a single monitor...
I hope it's not the system hard drive that's broken. that would be a real bummer. Although it shouldn't be. I moved it with the PC off.

          Thanks
          I'll comment

The message says that there is no system, and that you tell it where it is, so first rule out that you have any CD/DVD stuck in the drive, any USB plugged in, and then, check in the BIOS that the first HDD/SSD in the boot sequence is effectively where you have the OS installed.

Basically the boot disk was changed in the BIOS.

What exactly happened? The truth is I don't know:

One hypothesis could be that something got loose when the PC was rolling. When the computer was turned on, the BIOS reset because it couldn't find the system disk and introduced the new Asus Express Gate.
When I observed the problem was stable, I checked the connections. I didn't see anything strange, I cleaned the contacts, etc. I couldn't detect any connection problems, which doesn't mean it wasn't the direct cause of the loss of configuration.
The thing is, I do think the disk is now properly connected.
I boot with a live CD of ubuntu. The disks are fine. I determine which one is the system disk.
I reboot into the BIOS. I propose the correct boot disk that had been changed.
I reboot and Asus Express Gate appears again and then I enter the system menu.

              Thanks

I would like to remove Asus Express Gate from the boot.

              How could I do that?

Will it be somewhere in the BIOS?

According to San Google, you can disable it in BIOS.
