A colleague recommended it to me and said it was better, but when you ask I suppose it's not the case, so I'll leave the seagate :ugly: With so many changes, I hope I'm not making a mistake by ordering it xD :ugly:
In case I want to overclock something later, I would change the motherboard, because I can't afford it anymore, I've made the most of it xD

Well, to be honest, I've only had a couple of Toshibas and they're not very present in the market, I'd say the most common ones are Western Digital and Seagate. On the other hand, the most reliable mechanical hard drives are Hitachi, but they cost a fortune…

I haven't built a Toshiba in a long time, if you want, give it a try and tell us Or if not, I directly recommend a Western Digital, the ones I have so far have been as tough as rocks. For storage, a Caviar Green will be perfect for you.

When in 2012 Western Digital bought the Storage Division of Hitachi or HGST, a small part was left to Toshiba to manufacture 3.5" HDDs, I think as compensation for a supply contract they had with HGST, and the anti-monopoly limitations.

That is, if you buy a Toshiba, you have Hitachi technology but under the umbrella of WD.
