If you are not clear, turn off the power, remove the battery for 15 seconds and put it back... it is the same thing, although more extensive.

Also check the rest of the switches and jumpers to see if you have any set to do Overclock... of course cancel them and leave them in NORMAL... to do this, of course, consult the manual.
