Desesperación gives no signal
-
Hello..everyone, I bought a motherboard (second-hand) an asus p6t ws pro...and now look what happens to me and I'm desperate...
Because either I'm an idiot or I have very bad luck...I'll tell you...I install everything on the motherboard well, I put in the pendrive with the Windows 10 that I made with the Microsoft tool...so I hit install and it doesn't detect the ssd I hit the option to recover and it gives me a blue screen telling me that it's wrong that you put a pendrive with Windows and such, so I realize that I hadn't put the ssd or the cable had come out, so it doesn't let me install it anymore it always gives me the blue screen...not even by taking out the battery or doing clear cmos or anything...
I say well I put the old computer back on and reinstall Windows on the pendrive and such...and now I put everything together again and it doesn't give me a signal...it acts like it's booting but very weakly...and there's no way...I've taken it apart cleaned it and put it back together and nothing...I've put in the error card it comes with and it just changes numbers and the manual doesn't say what it is, it starts changing in blues in errors, 01, 68 or b8 because who knows..., 02, EA, and I've been searching and nothing...and I don't know what to do anymore...if it worked before why doesn't it now?
(All this out of the box, on top of a cardboard box)PD: when booting the motherboard's power light stays green, the cpu's does like a few flashes and turns off and another one that's in the Prince pcie 16x area (blue) also, but there's one that's the qram I think that stays fixed in blue
Pufff....I don't know what to do anymore...
Thanks in advance.
Best regards.

…¬¬... pues... I would take it to a computer store... it looks like some component is broken and you don't have the right tools/knowledge to fix it.
Mostly because you've already tried the basics so it's definitely something more.

The error looks like a memory issue, either it's not properly plugged in or it's not suitable for that board, but do what Espinetenbolas says, because it seems like you're not very familiar with hardware, so it's better to avoid a bigger disaster.
Best regards!

Cheers!
Thanks to both of you...
The memory on the page doesn't show it as compatible, but as I said the first time I put the board it recognized it and in the bios it showed 12gb, so I don't think it's the memory, right?
I've looked at the ones on ASUS Q Codes | Códigos ASUS | à¤\x8fसस कà¥\x8dयू संहिताओं | Asusã\x81
Qコード | Asus Q-Codes | LCD Motherboard | www.asusqcodes.com, but it doesn't say anything clear... -
What I would do is a ClearCMOS and let it discharge properly from static and try again (boot), but as soon as it boots up, go into BIOS and check the values.
Check for example the nominal voltage (on the sticker) of your memories in case you need more than the 1.50V that the DDR3 standard indicates.
Salu2!

It puts 1.5, I will leave it for a while with the clear cmos on to see…
I don't understand why it worked before and now it doesn't...
Thanks...

I'm going to be more specific... there's a component that's literally giving out... what you have to do is check with another computer that works well with all the components separately to isolate the one that's failing.
Since I assume you don't have said computer to test with, the solution of taking it to the computer store is the right one because they have the tools (understanding another computer as tools) to verify what's wrong.
Sometimes it's a silly thing but with what you've tried I would say that unfortunately the motherboard has all the odds of being screwed up or half screwed up... especially if it's second-hand.

Okay, thanks.
