Well, the game was presented yesterday and with the short teaser we will finally have World War I, which personally, without seeing more, brings trenches to my mind and more trenches, and I am somewhat skeptical, but we will have to give it a chance and I know I will end up buying it, I leave the video for those who have not seen it yet.

What I enjoyed with BF 1942 and before, with the Wake Island demo, bordered on illegal and obscene. :ugly:
Then BF 2 and BF 2142, without being bad, didn't bring me anything new.¬¬
That said, I also enjoyed BF Heroes a lot during its first year.
I didn't even bother to try 3 and 4, even though I know the third one was good.I also think that what's coming will be more of the same: lots of graphics and little substance, but for old times' sake it deserves the benefit of the doubt.

We already know that now, with any excuse, they come up with an FPS, but I suppose a casual approach to the PGM can be fun because of the diversity of ways to approach combat.
It will be interesting to see how they manage to get the horde of frenzied current players, accustomed to extreme action games, into a war scenario as static as the Great War.

Well, from what they were arguing about in the video yesterday, they wanted to emphasize avoiding lone wolves by making it difficult and encouraging teamwork and balanced gameplay, something I like, but let's see how they do it. I'll keep waiting, I don't know if it's going to be an expansion or a 1944 game as they were talking about, but I'm very curious to see this one. I have a feeling there's going to be gas and artillery everywhere.

Of the latter, I played BF3 for a couple of hundred hours I think and spent a few months entertained, but BF4 very little. In fact, I haven't had any installed for a long time.
If this one comes out half decent, because of the theme I might buy it, but only when it's well priced :ugly: I won't pay 60€ or more, not even if I'm loaded with wine.

Well, I've let slip that little smile of "wow, how handsome" :ugly. -
From what appears in the video, it seems that they start from a **BF1942** to which they adapt the aesthetic of the **PGM**, because the amount of obstacles that a gameplay minimally based on reality would imply, would probably be impossible on consoles (which is where the business is).Looking forward to seeing the result, but I don't expect much

Well according to comments, those who played the 64-player trial were delighted but we have to wait and see the BETA this summer.

In the multiplayer everything goes, but in the campaign they will have to go in the style of the first Call of Duty, to give it a lot of epicness and so that people don't despair with the reality of their weapons.
Another option is to go in the style of "I'm the soldier who tests the new design of this weapon", which my friend from De Lorean told me is the future, but let's hope it's not like that.

And you are not going to comment anything about France (one of the main contenders of the conflict) not being in the game (it seems that they reserve it for one of the several DLCs that they will be releasing) and that it seems that the starting price is going to be 69 pounds (about 80EUR)
It seems to me that a lot of expectation has been generated but that EA is going to screw us over, you will tell me XDD
Greetings to all!

Some spectator mode images have come out showing some pretty interesting graphics:

The original PNGs are here.

Here is a gameplay from the alpha test that they are playing, it doesn't look bad.

It seems entertaining and the graphics quite spectacular although, for my taste, perhaps a bit overloaded with effects, especially the backlighting effect which I find a bit exaggerated, it seems like something from HDR.
-
The Multi as I suspected is a BF1942 with slight changes in equipment, but I'm curious to see the campaign.

It took them a while to do something like this

Normal, do you remember the BF 1942 demo, the one where you played the Wake Island map?
When you went in a Jeep like in a tank, running on foot. ;DThey will fix it, it's the norm in games now.
