It's the data partition that's left me with 1% fragmented, unlike the system partition which was fully defragmented. I ran chkdsk and it found no issues, which has never happened to me before. -
What utility do you use to defragment? If you haven't used it, I recommend you try defraggler.

As I have read that it does not cause any inconvenience, I will leave it like this.

You may not have enough disk space or you may have very large files. Anyway, 1% fragmentation is nothing.
