Setting up a new PC (approx. €1,000)

Good evening to everyone,
It's time to upgrade my tired and outdated desktop PC and for that I have set a maximum budget of around €1,000 and I need your wisdom to help me finalize my ideas.
I'm not looking for frills or lights and initially not for overclocking.
I want a computer that will last me a few years (many) without any problems and the general requirements I'm looking for are that it be quiet, all-terrain, very reliable, up-to-date and durable.
I'm not a ''gamer'' but I like to play some games occasionally and not be left wanting, not now, not in a few months and even years.For all this, I had thought of the following configuration:
*Micro: Intel I7 6700
*Motherboard: MSI Z170A G45
*Ram: Kingston DDR4 Fury 2x8gb
*CPU cooler: Enermax ETS-T40 FIT Winglet
*Hard drive: SSD Sandisk Plus Sata3 240gb (I will also add an SSD Crucial 240gb which is the only thing I will recover from my current PC)
*Case: NOX Hummer ZN or Corsair 330r (Here I need recommendations.)
*Power supply: Enermax Revolution XT 650W
*Graphics: Asus GeForce STRIX GTX 960
*Reader: Asus Bluray comboWhere I have more doubts is with the motherboard (for me without a doubt the most complicated to choose) and which of these 2 cases to choose.
What do you think? Suggestions and/or improvements? Any incompatibilities? Will it meet my requirements?

*Disipador CPU: Cooler Master 212X
*Disco duro: SSD Sandisk Plus Sata3 240gb (ademas añadira un SSD Crucial de 240gb que es lo unico que recuperaria de mi actual pc)
*Caja: Corsair 330r
*Fuente: Corsair RMx 750w
*Grafica: Asus GeForce STRIX GTX 960 DirectCUII OC 4gb GDDR5
*Lector: Combo Asus Bluray
*Frontal lector: Sharkoon media reader 3I discard the idea of putting more disks because for pure storage, I have a NAS.

Good configuration, you always have to find the balance between graphics, memory and processor. For the memories, try to get the latency as low as possible at the frequency you want to use them. For example, in Kinstong there are DDR3 at 1600 cl9 cl11. And of course, the difference is noticeable. And the MSI motherboard. Here in the Canary Islands they haven't distributed them for years. But at the time I used to install them a lot. That's what I said. Good equipment and well balanced.

Well, I see a lot of processor and very little graphics.
In my opinion, perhaps an i5 6500 and an RX480 would be more recommendable.
With a power supply starting from 600 W with good certification, that equipment has more than enough, such as the Antec TruePower Classic 650W (80+ Gold).

My opinion:
- Too much RAM, 32gb is excessive for that configuration… put 16gb (2x8gb) of normal ram and run.
- Leave the Inbox heatsink that comes with the CPU... it is more than enough if you are not going to do OC
- Put a PSU of 450 or 550W like the "Corsair CS450M 450W"... you have more than enough
- Graphics a 1060 or a RX480 minimum.
- Forget about blueray reader unless it is essential... I have a DVD recorder of 12€ but it is disconnected from the PSU all the time.

You have room for a small card reader and a recorder, I forgot to add them but you can always give up the K :ugly:

For that computer I would go for an 5820K, because I don't think paying what the Z170s cost is profitable.
And for that ssd I would get a m.2 2280, with 4x4gb 3200 and that graphics card is now a toy. I would go for what Espinbeteenbolas says: 480 or 1060 if there are no bitches and a 1070 if you can stretch.
Power supply considering the consumption these micros and graphics cards have now you are more than enough: we are talking about about 200w in motherboard and micro and other things, and 200w from the graphics card.
