Hello fellow forum members, I recently bought a cheap gamer pack from Woxter, which included the keyboard, mouse, and headset.
They come with LED lights, and the problem is that when I turn on my PC, sometimes it doesn't detect either the keyboard or the mouse (both connect via USB, independently), before I enter the Windows 10 logo where I put the password, so I restart several times and nothing happens, but if I enter the BIOS or insert a bootable USB with Windows 10, it detects them and then I enter Windows and everything is fine (I do this as a possible solution)
I think it might be a driver issue, but I'm not too sure, Windows 10 has installed the default ones, but I can't see any drivers on the Woxter website.
I've tried changing USB ports and it still does the same thing, I'd like to find a solution, but anyway, I've found one in case of emergency.
Best regards!!!!!!

Try installing the motherboard driver for USB 3.0

Or by putting the keyboard into a normal USB
