Doubt about bottleneck.

Hello, I've seen the sapphire (the assembler doesn't quite convince me) rx480 4gb for 200 euros, but I'm not sure if with my i5 4570 processor I'll have a bottleneck, playing 1080.
The other option is the Asus 470 that costs the same but of course for the same price better a 480 although I prefer asus to sapphire... -
Sapphire is one of the exclusive assemblers of AMD graphics, and it has models ranging from quite basic to ones with improved cooling and OC, just like Asus. It usually has more adjusted prices, but brands to avoid in graphics, perhaps I would say Gigabyte which has been messing up for a while, and some EVGA models that were burning.
About gaming, accompanied by a decent SSD and no less than 8GB of RAM, you shouldn't have any problems, although in games based on engines optimized for nVIDIA, a GTX1060 6GB would perform better.
Salu2!

I have a Samsung 840 SSD and 8 gigas of RAM, I suppose the i5 will go well with the 480 then.

That offer is tempting and you have enough equipment. Go for the Nitro from pcc.

You have a good processor, don't worry. In some very CPU-dependent games, a better micro would be appreciated, but don't obsess over the bottleneck, buy the graphics card you want and enjoy it.
As an example, I have put together a friend with an Nvidia 1050 GTX TI graphics card. My friend with a micro much inferior to yours like the Intel Q9650 now plays WOW very fluidly in Full HD. It has given a few more years of life to a platform with almost 10 years behind it... so imagine with a more powerful micro like yours what a modern graphics card can do.
