Hesitate between these two Asus monitor models

Hello, I want to change my monitor and I am between these two Asus models:

• VX239H 23"
• MX239H 23"
  There is a difference of 50€ between the two, the VX series has some lower quality sound speakers than the MX, otherwise I understand from the opinions on the internet that it is the same monitor but the truth is that I have my doubts. Does it really have the same panel and use the same technologies? Is it really worth spending 195€ that the MX costs at 150€ that the VX costs when really the speakers are not a priority for me?
  A last doubt is if the MX series is more modern than the VX series or vice versa. I know that they are models that have been on the market for a few years but that present very good quality in IPS monitors at 1080 with 60Hz.

Obviously not, unless there is some detail that another colleague sees and I have not noticed.
Mainly because almost everyone barely uses the monitor speakers.

Comparing their specifications, although very very similar the VX239H seems a little better, although perhaps it is newer and that's why they put more stickers on it

Thanks for your responses, the link you posted Fassou is interesting, it has clarified my dilemma quite a bit, so this week I will have my ASUS VX239H 23".
